Do you want to help remove barriers and inequalities?  As a Casual Bilingual Assistant, you will help children and young people from Black, Minority Ethnic (BME) and Traveller heritages in Hampshire schools, including those learning English as an Additional Language (EAL) to improve their educational outcomes.You will use your bilingual skills to support pupils in all school phases from Reception to Year 11, who are at risk of underachieving. In groups and on a one-to-one basis you will enable them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
