Exciting opportunity to join a specialist facade contractor who are moving into the main-contracting sector.As a result they have a new opportunity for an experienced individual with pre-construction skills who is capable of overseeing and managing the technical, design and estimating of projects prior to commencement on site.Including:Liasing with Local Authorities, Planning Authorities and Building Control.Liasing with Stake Holders in achieving an optimum solution.Working with the Design, Estimating and Commercial departments to produce accuate bids.To liaise with the Estimating team for contract terms, documents, negotiating agreements and amendments.Develop strategies to understand client needs whilst developing a strong relationship with them.Attend client meetings and visit key clients to ensure/secure long-term relationships for the company.The personSomeone with pre-construction management exoerience with a main-contraor or specialist contractor.Technical experience including dealing with planning and building controProven track record of interfacing with clients.Excellent interpersonal and communications skills and collaborative team player.Problem solving skills.Exhibit strong business acumen, skills and maturity and the ability to work effectively with others.
