Belgium Senior Delivery Associate

The Operations Business Unit is delivering HR & payroll outsourcing (HRO) and technical maintenance services to clients in line with the Statement of Services and the agreed service levels. Working at HRO, the Payroll Associate will be the first point of contact for incoming inquiries from the customer HR representatives regarding HR administrative processes (Payroll, HR Administration, Time attendances, Organizational management) Main Responsibilities: Executing end to end Payroll process step by step: preparation, processing, controlling, and reporting Managing the workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely; aligned with Payroll calendar and contractual agreements Answering day to day Payroll related questions and requests Executing Payroll controls Reconciling payroll prior to transmission and validates confirmed reports Updating/Maintaining procedures and documentation about the Payroll process Demonstrating an understanding of Payroll processes and Payroll control reports Producing regular and on-demand/ad hoc payroll reports Producing regular and on-demand/ad hoc Global/Multiple Country Reporting Analyzing/Highlighting any deviation to Payroll calendar and discuss with Line Manager Performing system and application upgrade testing (HRSP, EMR, etc) Ensuring good collaboration with other teams and departments  Key experience and skills: A good level of English, knowledge of Dutch would be advantageous Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel)                Preferable experience in payroll calculation and processing Knowledge of taxation and employment benefits Preferable knowledge of SAP HR Reporting skills Good knowledge of the country legislation and country-specific processes in Denmark is an advantage Excellent written and verbal communication skills Accurate in terms of quality and respect for deadlines Ability to organize work and priorities to meet deadlines with limited supervision Flexibility and a professional attitude  Analytical skills and decision-making, problem-solving Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills A team player attitude What we offer: Flexible work location and flexibility Sophisticated Career initiatives Transparent Reward & Recognition schemes Innovative industry-leading company Alight-NGA Human Resources offers you a unique chance to build a career in a vibrant, agile, and growing organization, yet one with truly global client relationships and a wide range of opportunities.
