In this role, you will: – Know every detail of the business, and understand how technical solutions run and how they are installed – Be part of and support the Ecommerce team with technical product knowledge – Get insights from your daily experience, create repots in order to help team performance – Guide and support customers through their journey from the beginning to the end – Coordinate different departments (Logistics, installations) for the best customer service – Work closely with the Engineering & Sales departments – Receive training from the Pre-Sales engineers The Profile.
