This role is a new and exciting opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager with a leading construction specialist based in Cheltenham and will appeal to graduates with some experience looking to make a career move into Project Management. The client is a leading specialist Modular Build contractor. Projects they work on include Data Centres and Healthcare Modular builds for key clients across the country. Projects are individually valued between £5-15 million. They have experienced growth over the last few years and due to an ever-increasing order book now have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. The main duties for the role will be to Assistant and support the Project lead from conception to final handover of the Project Programming for the Project Manage to liaise with onsite Site Managers to ensure the timely delivery and installation of projects on site. Ensure Health and Safety regulations are adhered to. Oversee the manufacture and installation of Modular projects. Working closely with the Procurement team and Senior Project Managers. The two initial projects are in Wiltshire and Hampshire so occasionally working away from home will be required. The successful candidate will likely have a Construction related degree, you will have started your career in construction and have experience in Site or Project Management perhaps as an Assistant. You will need to have a driving licence and be prepared to travel when required. In return you will be given training have ample opportunity for career development.Interested?
