Assistant Buyer

Key responsibilitiesUpdate costing sheets accurately and submit to the buying team for sign off.Creation of product codes and uploading information accurately for new products and ranges.Raise and track orders to ensure on-time deliveries.Critical path management, ensuring all key dates on the timeline are adhered to.Sample management, including tracking, unpacking/packing and sending to customers.Liaise closely with the design team on artworks and packaging in line with deadlines set by the critical path.Liaising with customers and Far East sourcing offices to obtain samples, provide feedback and resolve queries.Online and in-store product research.
