Assembly Workers / Production Operatives - within manufacturing/construction environment.I am recruiting for an additional 20 Assembly Workers / Production Operatives within a manufacturing/construction environment for my client based in Micheldever, Hampshire.Full training will be provided as these roles involve elements of carpentry, & painting, and use of construction power tools. These roles are initially offered on a temporary basis, and after successfully completing 3 months, permanent roles will be on offer. These 'temp to perm' positions will be commencing from May this year.Hours;07:30-16:30 Monday to Friday (42.5 hours paid weekly)Pay;£10-£11p/h (PAYE) Once you have been offered a permanent role then you will work towards goals set out on a skills matrix, which can lead to pay rises as you achieve each level of competency.Required Attributes;• Experience within a production /manufacturing environment.• An interest in DIY including being able to use hand tools such power drills, screwdrivers and paint brushes.
