Company:One of our construction supply and fit clients has decided to expand their operation in the South and South East due to growing enquiries and opportunities and are now seeking an experienced "field sales executive".The role is for an established design, manufacturer and installation contractor of off-site, precast flooring.Duties: * Technical sales position selling to end users such as housing developers, build contractors and ground workers. * Other clients include low rise apartment blocks, care homes and assisted living for the over 55's. * Dealing with order values ranging from £100,000 to over £1 million. * The majority of you time spent developing new business relationships from their own existing contacts and incoming enquiries having dealt with a number of large housing developers. * Regular reporting into the marketing manager and liaising with their internal team. * Territory includes south of the M4 corridor around the M25 and the whole of the South and South East.You:The ideal applicant will clearly be either from a Technical Sales and/or Supply & Fit background not necessarily within concrete but similar build arenas. * Must have construction sales experience but not from a builders merchants. * Must have experience in running your own appointment/diary. * Must have strong territory management skills as well as technical knowledge and experience. * Capable of both managing and expanding existing accounts and generating new business. * Driven, organised and strong relationship builder. * Comfortable with working within a competitive environment.In return: * Remuneration: competitive salary & 20% commission * Benefits: car allowance and competitive benefits package
