Our client is a well-established, specialist roofing contractor that are based in Bedford. They cover areas such as Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and North London. They operate within the commercial, domestic and private sectors and specialise in roofing types such as felt roofing, flat roofing, sheet metal roofing, lead roofing and roof tiling & slates. The opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Area Roofing Supervisor/Roofing Surveyor to join their team. The typical duties include; visiting live sites to generally report the site progress and address any requirements/issues, reviewing and presenting RAMs and toolbox talks when required. In addition our client are looking to expand their private work so the successful candidate will have excellent roofing knowledge in order to meet with customers and measure potential work and then communicate with the head office to create quotes. To qualify for this position In order to be considered for this role you must come from a roofing background and have either an SSSTS or SMSTS as well as a CSCS card. You will also be immediately available.
