Position: Air Conditioning Projects/ Sales Person Location: Essex Salary: From &163;40,000 to &163;55,000 plus package Duration: Permanent We are looking for an experienced person within the Air Conditioning Industry to for a Sales/Projects role This position will be dealing with Air Conditioning projects from initial sales enquire to full fit out.You can get further details about the nature of this opening, and what is expected from applicants, by reading the below.This person needs to be able to; • Deal with sales enquiries (need a proven track record) • Attend site meetings • Able to assist with the production of drawings • Produce a full quotation including materials and labour • Deal with KPI’s and SLA’s • Working with the contracts managers to make sure everything is on time and within budget • Follow the project through to completion These projects will range from &163;5K to &163;800K The right person for this position will already have some sales experience and will be experienced in air conditioning installations We do need enough sales and quotations experience to hit the ground running Package • Basic salary subject to experience level • Company car • Pension • Excellent bonus structure • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays If you are interested in this position, please send your CV or contact Wendy Evemy ASAP
