I am currently working on behalf of a leading Air Conditioning company, who are on the lookout for an Air Conditioning Project Manager to add the their team. They are looking for a Air Conditioning Project Manager their installation division and work out their office in Borden, Hampshire. The team designs, installs and maintains mechanical HVAC services in healthcare establishments around the UK. You will manage projects which will range from installing split AC & VRF systems to a typical X-Ray Room to larger AC systems and associated chilled water which will include domestic services and controls.You will manage and co-ordinate the delivery of our HVAC projects to their conclusion, typically office based, with site visits as required. You will be responsible for the full cost control and resolution of any disputes, including production of monthly cost forecasts and achieving projected revenues and gross margins. You will work closely with the customer to deliver an end to end process whilst planning direct and indirect onsite resource.
