Aftermarket Sales Coordinator

The OpportunityNigel Wright has been appointed to support a key client within the engineering sector in the recruitment of an Aftermarket Sales Coordinator. The RoleReporting into the Aftermarket Manager, the Aftermarket Sales Coordinator will be responsible for the management and coordination of the internal aftermarket repairs service, from initial customer enquiry through to budget quotation and capacity planning. Key responsibilities will include: Manage the full coordination of the repairs and maintenance process.Being the main point of contact for customer enquiries, directing them to the appropriate channel/process for response.Liaise with customers on both pricing and quotation queries.Lead the efficient and effective capacity planning of repairs workload utilising planning tools available.Continuously engage with internal stakeholders to ensure that processes are on time.Attend production meetings with key stakeholders and deliver status updates on planning forecasts.  Person Specification Experience in a similar role where there is an emphasis on the coordination of sales enquiries and quotations.Demonstrable track record  working in the manufacturing sector and using MRP systems. An understanding of capacity planning, process management and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.Technical product knowledge is desirable but not essential to the role.
