We are looking for 2 individuals committed to help develop and embed Signs of Safety to join the SWA team as SoS Advanced Practitioners (AP).You will join the team and support the Principal Social Worker in the implementation and delivery of Signs of Safety in practice in Northamptonshire. The post holder will support and provide training to others and provide coaching and mentoring to staff using the methodology. You will support the delivery of Social Work services, as a Sign of Safety Advance Practitioner, to children and families to ensure the welfare of children is safeguarded and they are protected in accordance with our legal and statutory obligations. You will work at the forefront of practice excellence; by being a role model, promoting and maintaining high standards of professional Social Work practice and have extensive working knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and practice methodologies. This role is open to Social Workers with relevant experience. You will be based at One Angel Square, but will be required to travel around the county and work from all Children First offices.
