Responsibilities:· General administration · Note-taking· Inputting hours using Excel for timesheet and payroll· Organising and documenting invoices · Answering and resolving phone call· Preparation and recording of documentsRequirement:· Bachelor degree or above, Business Management and HR Management major is preferred;· Above 1 year of related working experience, · Experience in E-com or warehouse industry is preferred,· Experience in payroll and organizing invoice· Communication and organising skills· Advanced experience of Microsoft Office · Local Citizen or with PR needed· English and Chinese are a must
