Administrative Assistant

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and the competence to build rapport and manage patient relationships, will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. You will be a key member of the team dealing with a wide range of tasks supporting your colleagues and clients. Full training will be given and there is scope within this role to progress and develop your knowledge if desirable. ResponsibilitiesSpecifically your role with involve:Meeting and greetingAnswering and directing phone callsDealing with patient queriesManaging the database of patientsDiary management for AudiologistsStock ordering and liasing with manufacturersInputting of data for accounting purposesProvide ad hoc support around office as neededQualificationsA good telephone manner is essentialStrong interpersonal, customer service and communication skillsAbility to multitaskProficient in Microsoft Office suiteProven work experience as an Administrator or within an office support role would be preferable.Basic accounts experience would be an advantageCompetitve salary for the right candidate
