Account Manager (Internal) - Flat RoofingWest SussexCompetitive salary (negotiable, depending on experience)Established over 50 years ago, our client is a leading specialist in the manufacture and supply of building envelope materials.They are now seeking an Internal Account Manager to join the existing Roofing Team.Candidate: * You will have previous Business-to-Business sales experience. * Excellent time management skills * Confidence in cold calls, work sales calls and customer retention. * Team player * Proactive and self-motivatingPrevious construction sales would be great but is not necessary... previous roofing sales experience would be ideal!Role: * To develop long-term relationships with customers (Merchants and Contractors), connecting with key business executives and stakeholders * Responsible for building and maintaining relationships to grow customer accounts to achieve their full potential by identifying opportunities. * Serve as the lead point of contact for customer account management matters, including third party customers. * Develop trusted advisor relationships with accounts and customer stakeholders. * Creating quotes * Proactive follow up of customers open specification projects through to order. * Aid the team in getting required information to the customer in a timely manner, with accurate information to provide great customer service. * Keep the CRM System up-to-date. * Support marketing campaigns out to the industry, and follow up with warm and cold calls
